Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Wenger Corporation, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.
Entry Period: Entries will be accepted only at the Wenger booth during the 2026 THSCA Show from July 19, 2026, through 4:30 PM on July 20, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per person.
Prize: One (1) GearBoss TranSport Cart will be awarded. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at the sole discretion of Wenger Corporation.
Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted at 4:30 PM on July 20, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification: The selected winner will be notified using the contact information provided on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to respond within a reasonable period, Wenger Corporation reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Shipping and Taxes: The winner can accept their prize at the end of the show. If not, the winner is responsible for all shipping, freight, delivery, installation (if applicable), and any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize unless otherwise specified by Wenger Corporation. The winner is also solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other tax liabilities associated with the prize.
